The freshman Padre football team dropped a hard fought game against De La Salle High School last Saturday by the score 17-14. The game was tied 14-14 until four minutes left. De La Salle had a clutch field goal—no easy task at the freshman level—to provide the difference.

The Padres travel to St John Bosco in LA this weekend for a Saturday morning game. The following week the Padres travel to Central California power Clovis North to complete the toughest freshman preseason schedule in Northern California and in school history.
