Serra advances to play Los Gatos on Thursday, June 5 following a thrilling win against College Park in the first round of the CIF NorCal Division I regionals.
A bases loaded walk to
Tyler Harrison in the 12th inning ended this one for the host Padres (27-6), coming off their first Central Coast Section title since 2009. Harrison doubled and scored the team's first run in the fourth. Desbond Cobb doubled and scored College Park's only run int he fifth.
Kelley Crawford, Aiden Waters and
Davis Minton combined to allow just five hits and a run, while striking out nine for the Padres, who host Los Gatos on Thursday.
